When you subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan, your account will have access to ALL our courses and practice activities, just like how Netflix subscription works.
Paid monthly or yearly subscriptions provide you and your child unlimited access to our video lessons and practice activities. In addition, your child will get achievement rewards that are intended to motivate them to complete more lessons. Your child will also receive a certificate of completion upon completing the requirements of a course.
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We firmly believe that you only have to pay if our services are a match to your child's learning preferences. That is why we offer a 15-day trial period guarantee on our yearly plan, and a 5-day trial period for our monthly plan, so you can cancel the premium service within the trial days if our services are not compatible with you and your child. You will not be charged for anything if you cancel within the trial period.
However, please note that if you continue your subscription beyond the trial period duration, you WILL be charged for the full amount. Both the 5-day and 15-day trial periods are NOT free periods.
